Shipping Policy

At Solis Divinity Tarot, we strive to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. 

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use Australia Post for all shipments:

• AusPost Domestic: Delivery typically takes 2-6 business days.
• AusPost International: USA Delivery typically takes 5-9 business days & Express 3-6 Business Days - {Between Major Metro Areas} Rural Areas may take longer.
  • Japan and New Zealand Delivery typically takes 6-13 business days, 
  • Rest of the world can take 5 - 15 Business days

2. US Tarrifs For U.S. customers: import duties and tariffs are included in your checkout total. You won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

3. Dispatch Location
We Ship your order from Australia and use AusPost International and Domestic. This is a reiable service and we have been using this since 2021 without hassel.

4. Shipping Fees
We offer flat rate shipping for all Australian and International orders

5. Processing Time
January 18 - 28th 2025 orders will be dispatched on the 28th of January. Regular Orders are processed within 1-3 business days 

6. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email sent to you once your order has been shipped.

7. Shipping Delays
Please note that delays, especially for international orders and during busy periods, can occur and are beyond our control.

8. Customs and Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If you have difficulty tracking your parcel, please contact us. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, please reach out to your local post office for assistance before contacting us.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you realize that you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 2 days of placing your order. After that, it may be too late to make changes, and you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
