Refund & Exchange Policy
At Solis Divinity Tarot, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our policy below:
1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products for a full refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Refund/Exchange
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product at your own expense. The item must be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging and accessories, to qualify for a full refund.
- Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, I will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
3. Proof of Purchase
To process a refund or exchange, you must provide your order number and order details as proof of purchase.
4. Processing Time
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been delivered to me or once we have reached an agreement based on the terms. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that digital downloads are non-refundable.
6. International Returns
For international returns, the condition of the cards will determine the return eligibility. Please contact me to discuss the specifics.
