Shipping and Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store creditdifferent product. In this scenario you are to pay for shipping of your items back to us. 

To start the returns and exchange process, please email us at shop@solisdivinitytarot.com and we will provide you with an address to ship your items to.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email shop@solisdivinitytarot.com with your return request with. We will provide a shipping address for you. We will accept returns or exchanges if we recieve the parcel with in 30 days. 

Should your item be lost or demaged during shipping (please privide photo evidence of any damage), we require you to send and inquiry to your local post office or courriers. If that is not successful we will attempt an inquiry with our shipping partners, this will be based on a case by case basis. Please email us at shop@solisdivinitytarot.com

Should you item be faulty, please email us at shop@solisdivinitytarot.com with photo evidence and description. This will be judged on a case by case basis as we have strict QC before disptaching your order.
